How can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on our website or the carrier's website to track your shipment's progress. What are the shipping options, and how are shipping costs calculated?

SPACEVELO offers free standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the package's weight and dimensions. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or to PO BOXES and APO addresses. We partner with leading carriers like UPS/FedEx to ensure the best delivery service. Can I change my order once it's placed?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service at info@spacevelo.com as soon as possible. While we strive to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed. Please note, after an order has been dispatched, address modifications or cancellations are not possible.

Warranty & Returns

What warranty coverage does SPACEVELO offer for its e-bikes?

SPACEVELO e-bikes and their components are covered under a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. The battery is also covered for 2 years, with a guaranteed capacity of at least 70% after 2 years or 500 full charge cycles, whichever comes first. The warranty covers the frame, fork, stem, handlebar, electrical components (motor, controller, display, battery, wiring), and mechanical components (gears, shifters, brakes excluding brake pads, and pedals) against defects in materials and workmanship. What does the SPACEVELO warranty exclude?

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including tires, brake pads, chains, grips, and cables. It also excludes damage from improper assembly, maintenance, installation of incompatible parts or accessories, accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, cosmetic issues, any modifications to the frame, fork, or electrical system. How do I initiate a warranty claim for my SPACEVELO e-bike?

To initiate a warranty claim, contact SPACEVELO Customer Service within 30 days of discovering the defect. Provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs or video evidence. SPACEVELO will assess the claim and may request further information. What are my options if my warranty claim is approved?

If your claim is approved, SPACEVELO will, at its discretion, repair the defective component, replace it with the same or a similar model, or offer a partial refund or credit towards future purchases if repair or replacement is not feasible. For detailed info, visit our Warranty page.

Who covers the shipping costs for warranty claims?

Electric bike laws vary by location. In many areas, e-bikes are treated similarly to traditional bicycles, allowing them to be ridden on bike paths and in bike lanes. We recommend checking local regulations to understand where you can ride your e-bike.

What maintenance does my SPACEVELO e-bike require?

Regular maintenance includes checking tire pressure, brake function, and battery charge. Periodically, it's important to check the tightness of all bolts and to lubricate the chain. Detailed maintenance information can be found in the user manual.
