Shipping Coverage and Costs
Free Shipping:
SPACEVELO is proud to offer free shipping on all electric bikes within the contiguous 48 states of the United States and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.
Order Processing and Shipping Time
Order Processing: We process orders within 24 hours of receipt.
Standard Shipping: After processing, standard shipping delivery takes 2 to 6 business days.
Orders placed before 3 PM EST Monday-Friday ship the same day. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.

Standard Shipping:
- East Coast: 4-6 business days
- Midwest: 3 business days
- West Coast: 2 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (additional fees apply, shown at checkout)
Remote Areas: Delivery may take 1-2 additional business days
SPACEVELO works with leading carriers such as UPS/FedEx to select the most suitable carrier based on order size, weight, and delivery location. Our goal is to consolidate your orders into one shipment whenever possible.
We work with premium global carriers (including ETX, DHL, FedEx, etc.) to guarantee timely and secure delivery.

You'll automatically receive tracking information via email and can monitor progress through your account after shipment.
