Shipping Coverage and Costs
Free Shipping:
SPACEVELO is delighted to offer free shipping on all electric bicycles within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada. For orders under $100, a basic shipping fee will be applied to accessories and parts. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, nor do we ship to PO BOXES or APO addresses at this time.
International Shipping:
For orders placed outside of the United States and Canada, shipping costs are determined based on the package's weight and dimensions. Please note that due to specific shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship e-bikes or their batteries internationally. Processing and Delivery Times
In-Stock Ebikes: Orders are processed within up to 5 business days before shipping. Specific processing times for each product are noted on their respective product pages.
Pre-Orders/Backorders: Expected shipping dates for pre-ordered or backordered items are available on the product page.
Shipping Carriers
SPACEVELO partners with leading carriers such as UPS/FedEx, selecting the most appropriate based on the order’s size, weight, and the delivery location. Our goal is to consolidate your order into a single shipment whenever feasible.
Signature Policy
Battery Shipments: By law, a signature is mandatory upon delivery of shipments containing batteries.
Bicycles and Accessories: For high-value orders, a signature may be required to ensure the secure delivery of your items.
Order Changes and Cancellations
After an order has been dispatched, it is not possible to modify the address or cancel it. Orders cancelled due to incorrect address information may incur a handling charge.
Returns and Refunds
Returns within 14 Days: Items in new and unused condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding original shipping fees. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items: We accept returns of defective items within 15 days of receipt without a restocking fee. Contact customer service promptly to arrange a return.
Refused/Returned Shipments: A handling fee up to $250 may be applied for refused or unreasonably returned orders to cover part of our shipping expenses. Due to SPACEVELO operating multiple warehouses, the return address may vary. Please contact customer service directly for the correct return address.
