Spacevelo Affiliate Program Terms

Program overview

The Spacevelo Affiliate Program allows approved creators, reviewers, community operators, and publisher sites to earn commissions by referring customers to Spacevelo products.

Eligibility and approval

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
  • Your application and account information must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • We review applications manually and may approve, decline, pause, or terminate participation at our discretion.

Commission

  • The standard commission is 3% of the final product price, excluding shipping and taxes.
  • If an affiliate code is used, commission is calculated after the affiliate discount is applied.
  • If no affiliate code is used, a valid referral link within the 30-day attribution window may earn commission on the undiscounted product price.
  • Only one affiliate commission is paid per order.
  • Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or charged-back orders do not earn commission. Amounts already paid may be offset against future commissions.

Attribution

  • Referral links use a 30-day cookie window.
  • The affiliate code actually applied at checkout takes priority over a referral link.
  • If another affiliate's code is the final code used, the sale belongs to that affiliate.
  • Self-purchases and purchases made through related accounts to generate commission are not eligible.

Affiliate codes

  • Approved affiliates receive a unique code for $100 off the Blitz S1.
  • The code applies to the Blitz S1 only, is valid for a one-time purchase, and cannot be combined with other discounts.
  • Affiliates may share their code with their audience. Affiliates may not use their own code for personal purchases or provide it through prohibited channels.

Payouts

  • Commissions are reviewed and paid monthly.
  • PayPal is the default payout method. A Spacevelo store gift card may be available as an alternative.
  • The minimum payout is $50. Balances below $50 carry into the next payout period.
  • The affiliate is responsible for accurate payment details and applicable taxes.

Marketing and disclosure

  • Every post, story, video, or page that includes an affiliate link or code must clearly disclose the commercial relationship using #ad, #sponsored, #affiliate, or equivalent wording.
  • Use only current, approved product information. Do not invent specifications, performance claims, reviews, or customer stories.
  • Do not engage in misleading advertising, spam, cookie stuffing, fake traffic, brand keyword bidding, coupon-site distribution, cashback abuse, or other fraudulent activity.

Relationship and termination

Affiliates participate as independent contractors. Nothing in this program creates an employment, agency, partnership, or franchise relationship. We may suspend or terminate participation for violations of these terms, misuse of the program, or conduct that harms Spacevelo or its customers.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes. Continued participation after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated terms. Questions: info@spacevelo.com.

Spacevelo Partner Creator Program Terms

These Partner Creator Program Terms supplement the Spacevelo Affiliate Program Terms. They apply only to creators invited by Spacevelo into the Partner Creator Program. If these terms conflict with the general Affiliate Program Terms regarding a gifted Blitz S1, these terms control.

1. Selection and participation

The Partner Creator Program is selective. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, affiliate access, a gifted product, or future participation. Spacevelo reviews each application and may approve, decline, pause, or end participation at its discretion.

2. Gifted Blitz S1

A selected Partner Creator may receive one Spacevelo Blitz S1 at no product cost for an agreed content collaboration. The S1 is personal-use product, not inventory, and may not be resold, transferred for value, or represented as a prize or sweepstakes award. Ownership transfers after delivery, subject to the Partner Creator completing the agreed collaboration and complying with these terms.

3. Collaboration brief

Before shipment, Spacevelo and the Partner Creator will confirm in writing the approved channels, content formats, number of deliverables, publishing window, disclosure requirements, shipping details, and any additional usage terms. No gifted S1 is required to be shipped until those details are accepted by both parties.

4. Content deliverables

The Partner Creator must publish the agreed content by the dates in the collaboration brief. Content must be original, accurate, and consistent with the creator's normal style. Spacevelo may request reasonable revisions when factual or disclosure requirements are not met.

5. Content license

The Partner Creator retains ownership of their content. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the Partner Creator grants Spacevelo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, edit, share, and use the approved content for Spacevelo marketing, including the website, social media, email, presentations, and paid media. Spacevelo will provide credit where reasonably practical.

6. Sponsorship and gifted-product disclosure

Every post, video, story, or page that features the gifted S1, an affiliate link, or a Spacevelo code must clearly disclose the commercial relationship. Acceptable disclosures include #ad, #sponsored, #gifted, #affiliate, or equally clear language required by applicable law. Disclosure must be placed where viewers will see or hear it, not hidden in a caption or description after a "more" break.

7. Product claims

Partner Creators must use current, approved Spacevelo product specifications and may not invent performance, durability, safety, range, legal-class, or customer-experience claims. Spacevelo may ask the Partner Creator to correct or remove content that contains inaccurate claims.

8. Shipping, taxes, and duties

Shipping arrangements, delivery address, and any applicable taxes or duties will be confirmed in writing before dispatch. The Partner Creator is responsible for applicable income tax or other tax obligations arising from the gifted product unless applicable law requires otherwise. Spacevelo may request information reasonably necessary to comply with tax, customs, or reporting requirements.

9. Warranty and returns

The gifted S1 is covered by Spacevelo's standard limited warranty for the same model, subject to the exclusions and claim process in the Warranty Policy. Ordinary wear, misuse, unauthorized modification, and other exclusions still apply. Gifted products are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds or cash redemption.

10. Failure to complete the collaboration

If a Partner Creator does not complete the agreed deliverables without a reasonable excuse, Spacevelo may pause the affiliate relationship, decline future Partner Creator opportunities, and request return of the S1 in the condition in which it was delivered. Spacevelo will first contact the Partner Creator to resolve the issue in good faith.

11. Privacy and relationship

Application, shipping, and collaboration information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Partner Creators participate as independent contractors. These terms do not create an employment, agency, partnership, or franchise relationship.
